Jessica Korda equaled the lowest round in Lady's European Tour history and set a new course record as she took a five-shot lead

at the Aramco Team Series event in Sotogrande. Korda made three eagles and mixed six birdies with just one bogey on her way to a superb

11-under 61 at La Reserva Club Sotogrande to give her a commanding lead over Slovenia's Pia Babnik Belgium's Manon De Roey.

The American followed up an eagle on the par-five second with birdies on the next two holes, before following up on the sixth hole by birdieing the next to move

to seven under after just seven holes. Korda got to the turn in 30 despite dropping a shot on the 404-yard eighth hole,

three birdies in four holes from the 10th to raise her hopes of a potential of first '59 round in European Ladies story.

An eagle on par 16 extended her lead at the top, letting her finish with a birdie-in-birdie to shoot a 60-under round,

only for Korda to close with back-to-back pars to stay at 11-under all day.
